Mr. Samruay Phadphon and Ms. Phimonphan Sakitram described the timeline history of Hug Muang Nan Foundation, including vision, core value, and working process over the past decades. They stated that coaching is the heart of the learning process from old generations to new generations. Additionally, mutual trust is also an essential social
capital driving the community to the goal and dealing with their challenges such as over debt in the household, business model to broaden selling channel for farmers, and land ownership issues. They expected that the foundations role could be a learning center driven by technological equipment, develop their working process following rapid changes, and be open to collaboration with multistakeholder.
